Orion Vault ("we", "our", "us", or "the Company") is an international investment broker specialising in the sale and trade of gold, jewelry, diamond, silver, platinum and rare gemstones. Our platform allows registered users to purchase shares in the Company's ongoing trade and receive fixed monthly returns based on the share type and duration they select. This Privacy & Policy document governs your access to and use of our website, mobile application, dashboard, wallets, and every related service we provide (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, logging into the Platform, depositing funds, purchasing any share or requesting any withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy in its entirety, along with our Terms & Conditions and any other agreement you may have entered into with us. If you do not agree to any part of this Policy, you must immediately stop using the Platform and refrain from making any investment.
Orion Vault was founded on the principles of transparency, integrity and long-term value creation. Every policy, disclosure and procedure described in this document exists to protect both our investors and the Company itself, and to ensure that all activity on the Platform is conducted lawfully and ethically.
To open an account with Orion Vault, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and truthful. You further agree to keep your account information up to date at all times.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform unless we grant you prior written permission to open additional accounts. Attempting to operate multiple accounts, or to register using false, misleading or third-party information, constitutes a material breach of this Policy and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, with any pending withdrawals or earnings forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and any two-factor authentication device. Any activity performed using your account will be treated as your own. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately so that we can secure your account.
In order to deliver our services securely and efficiently, Orion Vault collects several categories of information from every user. This information is essential for the operation of the Platform, for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and for protecting the interests of our investors and the Company.

We use the information we collect strictly for the purposes for which it was provided. This includes: verifying your identity; opening and maintaining your account; processing deposits, investments and withdrawals; calculating your monthly earnings; complying with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws; improving the Platform's features; sending you important account notifications and service updates; and responding to your enquiries in a timely manner.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with trusted service providers — such as payment processors, banking partners, identity verification agencies and cloud infrastructure providers — but only to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested, and only under strict confidentiality agreements.

Despite our best efforts, no system can be guaranteed to be completely immune from interference. You acknowledge and accept that you provide your personal information at your own risk, and that you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you ever suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately so we can secure your profile.
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to provide our services, comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it in a secure manner.
Orion Vault offers six investment share types, each backed by physical precious assets and designed to suit different investor profiles and budgets. Our shares include Gold Shares, Jewelry Shares, Diamond Shares, Silver Shares, Platinum Shares and Gemstone Shares. Each share has a minimum investment amount, a maximum cap, a fixed duration and a monthly earning percentage, all of which are displayed clearly on the Platform before you confirm any investment.
When you invest in a share, you are purchasing a real stake in the Company's trade of the corresponding asset. Your earnings begin from the day your investment is confirmed and are credited to your account every thirty (30) days for the entire duration of the share. At the end of the duration, your original capital is returned to you in full, alongside your final monthly payout.
You may hold multiple shares at the same time, and you may reinvest your earnings into new shares as often as you like. Every share is governed by the specific terms shown on its card at the moment of purchase, and those terms form part of this Policy by reference.
Deposits may be made through Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, bank wire and PayPal. Once your deposit is confirmed on the relevant network or by our banking partner, the funds are credited to your investor wallet, from where they can be used to purchase any share. Orion Vault does not charge deposit fees; however, network or banking fees charged by your provider may apply and will be shown to you before you confirm the transaction.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. For regulatory reasons, we cannot accept deposits made by third parties on your behalf. Deposits that violate this rule may be held for verification, or returned to the sender after a review.
Withdrawals can be requested at any time from your investor dashboard. Earnings are available for withdrawal as soon as they are credited, and your original capital is returned at the end of your investment duration. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, though bank wires and PayPal payouts may take 1–3 business days depending on the provider.
Withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered under your own name. If you need to change your payout details, please contact our support team, who will verify your identity before the change can be approved.
Orion Vault offers a generous referral commission to investors who introduce new users to the Platform. When someone signs up using your unique referral link and makes their first investment, you earn a commission credited directly to your account. There is no cap on the number of people you can refer, and no time limit on your referral earnings.
Any attempt to abuse the referral program — through fake accounts, self-referrals, or any form of manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of your referral earnings and possible suspension of your account.
While Orion Vault takes extensive measures to protect investor capital and deliver consistent returns, all investments carry some degree of risk. By investing through the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Orion Vault is not liable for losses arising from factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to market volatility, network congestion, force majeure events, or changes in applicable laws. We encourage every investor to understand the nature of the shares they choose and to diversify their holdings sensibly.
Orion Vault is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and any other form of financial crime. As part of this commitment, we may request identity verification documents from you at any time. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), is standard practice across the financial industry.
Failure to provide the requested documents, or the submission of falsified documents, may result in the suspension of your account and the holding of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved. We cooperate fully with lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement agencies.
All content on the Platform — including the OrionVault Global name, logo, brand assets, page layouts, graphics, photographs, written text, source code and software — is the exclusive property of OrionVault Global or its licensors, and is protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications or services. Orion Vault is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security of any third-party site or service. Any interaction you have with a third party is solely between you and that third party, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before providing any personal information.
Orion Vault reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe the account has violated this Policy, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, attempted to abuse the Platform or its referral program, or otherwise acted against the interests of the Company or other investors. In such cases, pending withdrawals and unpaid earnings may be forfeited, and any capital held may be subject to a compliance review.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any active investments will continue to mature normally, and your final payouts will be sent to your registered payment method.
Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall first be addressed by contacting our support team, who will make every effort to resolve the matter fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be settled through binding arbitration in a jurisdiction determined by Orion Vault, in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We may update this Privacy & Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or industry best practices. The most current version will always be available on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top of the document will indicate when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
This Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orion Vault is registered. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
